I have used Cindy for several trips now. She is awesome. This year she really showed her customer service. The snow caused us problems by cancelling our flight. She knew before I did that we were cancelled and she was right on the phone to the airlines to get me rebooked. She had it all taken care of before I even knew there was a problem. That's the customer service you need. You wouldn't get that from the internet. I would have spent hours on the phone rescheduling but I didn't have to. Thanks Cindy

Cindy was wonderful to work with in designing, planning and execution of the vacation. We had a short time line and Cindy always brought multiple options to the conversations so we could get it done. She provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to work with during the whole process.

My family has enjoyed working with Cindy on several trips. She has become familiar with what we enjoy and has gone out of her way so that we have achieved that. Her recommendations have been right every time. She will worry until you return home safely from your destination and checks on you after! Truly a pleasure to work with.
